"We were moving to Conroe and needed a move in cleaning. Sparktex quoted a down payment of $300. The total cost with carpet steam cleaning was over $600. We were able to lower the down payment to $200, but then 2 weeks before the scheduled cleaning, we were charged the full $600. I called them (their website was down) and they removed the $400 charge and said it was an accident. The next day, the refund was gone and the full charge was back on. I had to cancel that credit card and have the charges removed. I cannot rate the cleaning service, since we went with another company. We felt scammed. They said they were refunding all of the charged, but they never did. Avoid this company like the plague."
