01What does a move-in cleaning cover?
Our move-in cleaning covers every surface in your new home — inside cabinets and closets, kitchen appliances (oven, fridge, dishwasher), all bathroom fixtures, window sills, baseboards, vent covers, and detailed floor cleaning. We make sure your new space is clean before you unpack.
02How far in advance should I book a move-in cleaning?
We recommend booking 5-7 days before your move-in date to secure your preferred time. During peak moving season (summer, end of month), earlier booking is recommended. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
03Can you clean before my furniture arrives?
That's actually the ideal scenario. Cleaning an empty home is faster and more detailed — we can reach every corner, clean inside all cabinets, and detail floors without working around furniture. We recommend scheduling before the moving truck arrives.

Before You Book — What to Expect

Personal belongings
SparkTex does not organize, fold, or pick up clothing or personal items. Please ensure floors and surfaces are clear before our arrival.

Linens
Please leave fresh linens out if beds should be changed. If linens are not set out, beds will be left as-is (we do not open storage to retrieve linens).

Window safety
We do not clean windows above 8 feet in height. Only windows safely accessible from ground level.

Pre-existing damage
Stains, paint chips, wear, and damage present before our arrival are not our responsibility. Photo documentation may be taken.

Heavy furniture
Team does not move items over 40 lbs. Cleaning is performed around stationary furniture.

Pet hair
Light pet hair removal included. Heavy shedding from multiple pets may require a separate pet hair removal service or additional time.

Repair and maintenance
Light bulb replacement, appliance/hardware repair, electrical/plumbing work are NOT part of cleaning service.

Blood, bodily fluids, and other biohazardous material require specialty remediation (not offered by SparkTex).
